How has NCCE changed during the past 18 months?

  1. Most of our seminars are now one-day seminars instead of two-day seminars. Exceptions are our two-day SEC or S-OX focused seminars and our Modern Engineering Economics seminar.

  2. Our prices for seminars, both in-house and public, are very competitive. Our quality, however, stays at the same consistently high level we’ve maintained since 1984.

  3. We are depending much more on the internet to market our seminars and much less on expensive direct mail marketing.

  4. At the present time NCCE is holding only in-house seminars for groups of ten or more. Starting in the spring, 2013, NCCE we again hold public seminars.

How does our organization register for an NCCE customized in-house seminar?

If you have ten or more participants you will find it economical to hold an NCCE customized in-house seminar at a location you choose. Can I be placed on a list to be notified when NCCE resumes public seminars in my area?

Yes. Please click here and fill out the contact form to be placed on NCCE’s mailing list and notified when we hold public seminars in your area in 2013.

What if I need a transfer, substitution, cancellation or refund?

If you are unable to attend your session you may send a substitute or transfer to another NCCE seminar. Transfers are valid for one year. Written notice of any registration change must be received at least one business day before the seminar begins.

A full refund will be given if the registration is cancelled in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the seminar date. Registrations cancelled less than 7 days before the seminar are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In fairness to all attendees, registrants who do not cancel in advance and do not attend are liable for the entire fee.

NCCE guarantees a quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied simply notify the instructor on or before the lunch break on the first day, leave your seminar materials with the instructor and you will receive a full refund.

How can I register for multiple courses?

You can register in four ways:

  1. Register online via our secure web page and simply indicate all the seminars for which you would like to register (coming spring 2013).

  2. Register by phone at 850-561-6081.

  3. Fax in the registration page (found in the brochure) for the seminar you are interested in to 850-222-4862 and simply include a note letting us know the other course(s) for which you wish to be registered. If you would like to download a brochure, click here.

  4. Mail a note letting us know the other course(s) that you wish to be registered for along with your registrations and payments to:

How can I register multiple people?

You can register in four ways:

  1. Register online via our secure web page and simply fill in the information in the box captioned "If you would like to register more than one person..." (coming spring 2013).

  2. Register by phone at 850-561-6081.

  3. Fax in the registration page (found in the brochure) for the seminar you are interested in to 850-222-4862 and simply fill in the additional registrant's information. Feel free to make a photocopy of the registration page if you need additional space. If you would like to download a brochure, click here.

  4. Mail the registration form with the information about each registrant along with payment to:

I would like to transfer to a different course or a different city. What do I need to do?

You must submit a written request, which includes your name, your confirmation number and information about the course you would like to transfer into, including the seminar name, city, dates and the course code.

If you are unsure of when or where you would like to use your transfer credit, please let us know that you want to be placed in our pending transfer file and list the cities and seminars of interest.

Can I attend only one day of a two-day seminar?

We always try to do all we can to accommodate registrants. If necessary, you may attend just one day of the course.

Please keep in mind, however, each day's material is not independent of the other. Also, you will only receive continuing education credit for the hours you attend. Call us at 850-561-6081 to check on availability and price.

Can I register on-site the day of the seminar?

The best way to ensure a seat for the seminar is to register at least 7 business days prior to the seminar. However, we always try to do all we can to accommodate registrants. If necessary, you may be able to register on-site the day of the course. Please call us at 850-561-6081 no later than one day before the course to check on availability.
